I found my mother a new home at Northshore Heights Senior Living. It is a beautiful, resort-like place. My Mother loves her room and the food and the activities; and she says everyone is as nice as can be to her. It is a wonderful place. Everyone there has been nice to deal with, but there are some who are exceptional and go beyond their duties with performance and kindness. These people are: Lindsay, Tonya, Stephanie and Katelyn. While I’m grateful for all of the employees there, these 4 people should receive special recognition and/or compensation. I highly recommend this place for your loved one.

We have lived at Northshore Heights for 9 Months
My wife and I have lived at Northshore Heights for 9 months. Before moving into assisted living, we diligently searched around the Knoxville area. Northshore Heights is by far the best assisted living facility in this area. We are especially impressed with the staff…from the administrative down through the care givers and the housekeepers. Without exception staff members have been excellent in their jobs AND have shown consistent caring and thoughtful attention to all residents.

Great staff!! Amazing adult activity program and wonderful unique food options. The residents always seem very happy and smiling when I visit. Would recommend for any ones loved one. My family is very happy with our loved one there!!

This is a gorgeous facility! Upon entering you are greeted with warm smiles and breath taking views. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about Senior care. The activities calendar is jam packed with events, it just goes without saying there’s never a dull moment and always something going on or to do!
