“Resident council”

Our Resident council at Northshore Heights ensures no voice goes unheard.
Your loved ones have the right to influence their quality of care by sharing their opinions, concerns, and ideas in our resident council meetings. Recently, Northshore Heights’ residents requested fried bologna sandwiches be added onto the always available menu, a Southern staple. Bologna was added on and multiple residents happily enjoy the sandwich several times a week.

Northshore Heights, LLC is operated by Hamister Group,LLC, a family business focused on excellent customer service and care for each and every resident. Our management team is more intimately involved in the lives of our residents than other corporate management groups. We strive for open communication and transparency and providing the highest level of customer service, which is accomplished through:

  • Prioritizing hiring, promoting and keeping exceptional people
  • Lending hands-on support through regular visits to Northland Heights
  • Providing expert oversight to train our staff by publishing “Customer Experience Survey” results from resident’s family members (Quarterly)
