Covid-19 Update

We do not currently have any positive cases in our community, and we are open for scheduled family visitation.

Family members who wish to visit their loved ones are required to take a rapid COVID-19 test that will be administered by our staff at the property. Family members can also provide a negative COVID-19 test result that is no older than 72 hours.

The visitation times are Monday -Friday from 9-11:30 and 1-3:30. We will be revising this visitation in the near future. We look forward to seeing everyone, once we are back to some normalcy. To schedule your visitation please call the main office at 865-444-1294.

If at any time a positive case occurs, we will not allow visitors into the building.
